Cultural Program & Gala

The Cultural Gala at the Arctic Winter Games is a multi-disciplinary performing arts showcase. The event engages and showcases the talents of youth cultural participants, ages 15-22, from seven of the circumpolar regions.

The Gala is rehearsed January 30 – February 1, 2023, and culminates in two public ticketed evening performances at the Keyano Theatre & Arts Centre February 2 – 3, 2023.

The Gala features a blend of performance disciplines including theatre, dance, music, and others as well as a collaborative piece that cultural participants learn and rehearse.
